The Year That Was 2017
Christmas is the 25th December every year however it seems every year it creeps up on us! Before we know it is the week before Christmas shutdown and everyone is madly trying to get their orders in and life gets hectic. We want to take the time to reflect on 2017 and have the opportunity to thank all the customers that have supported Vi Packaging this year.
It has been a big year for Vi Packaging. 9 years in business and we have grown from just two staff members to now having a team of six.
We have also taken the opportunity this year to look at our branding and with our expanding team and expanding product and services we knew it was time to stand on our own two feet and create our own identity. To keep with the packaging and wine theme a wine stain was used for our new logo design so that it could be easily recognised that Vi Packaging specialises in wine packaging. We also revisited our mission statement and added craft beer and cider packaging to the statement since expanding into these areas.
In conjunction with the new logo we launched our website to use as a platform to communicate with our customers via our blog and to help show the service and products we provide. We have developed a brochure that we be viewed online, downloaded or an item that we can post out if you want your own copy to keep. We have expanded on our product offerings to show the colours of closures we can offer and the styles of the bottles we can provide.
We are excited about the new prospects of 2018 and the opportunities it will present.
One of the most exciting developments will be the implementation of our new computer system, which will include a customer portal on the website. Our aim is to make your life easier so we are continuously looking at ways to improve the way we service you as a customer. We are open to any suggestions for 2018 of what you want to see on our blogs, website, mail outs etc.
